About Us
We are a private non-profit 501(c)3 and CARF accredited corporation serving East-Central Minnesota. We serve nearly 500 service recipients across our service area with over 140 employees. Heritage Thrift, Heritage Home Creations, and Heritage Barnwood Products are owned and operated by PHASE-Industries.

Our mission is to empower program participants to live, work, and thrive by discovering and developing their own individual disabilities. We focus on the unique needs of each person and monitor their success.
